What we collect

To take and fulfil an order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address and — if you give it — a phone number for delivery questions. Our web host records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

Payment information

We do not receive, process or store full card numbers. Card details are entered on an encrypted checkout and handled by our payment processor, which returns only a transaction result and the last four digits to us.

Why we hold it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, answer support email, meet tax and accounting obligations, and detect fraudulent orders. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment processor, our delivery carriers, and our email provider for order notifications. Each receives the minimum required and is bound to use it only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax requirements. Support email is kept for two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email support@pegasisupply.store and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep a shopping cart and a checkout session working. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will not persist between pages if you do.
