These terms

By placing an order with Pegasi Supply you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy.

Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Photography is taken under studio lighting and natural materials vary, so wood grain, glaze and linen tone will differ slightly from piece to piece. Dimensions are nominal and given to the nearest quarter inch.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown inclusive of any applicable tax at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment processor over an encrypted connection.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we will contact you and refund in full rather than substitute something you did not choose.

Delivery and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Our delivery terms, transit estimates and damage process are set out on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns

Your return rights are set out on the Returns & Refunds page and are in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
